The transportation of materials within specified temperature ranges, under high pressure, and at high temperatures: Whether they are to be used for hand guns, industry robots; in automotive or automation applications; for indoors or outdoors; splash-proof or with interchangeable hose materials: KLETTI heating hoses are compatible with the systems of leading manufacturers worldwide, thus guaranteeing a trouble-free and orderly production process for your systems.
The application temperature of KLETTI hot melt hoses in adhesive technology usually varies between 50°C and 250°C. In exceptional cases, it is even above 250°C. To suit your application, we offer various external protection variants, for example PA braiding, or diverse corrugated tube variants made of PA6, TPE or PA12, as well as a washable silicone tube or metal braiding made of galvanized steel or even stainless steel.
