Wherever gaseous media need to be transported over short or long distances along defined temperature paths, KLETTI is unbeatable. Our analytical heating hoses can be heated flexibly and ensure that specified temperatures are reliably maintained when measuring engine, blast furnace and industrial exhaust gases or air and environmental values.
One example of this is the sampling point for the gas processing system and analyzer: The heating hose prevents condensation from forming in the gas. If the dew point is undershot, condensed liquid forms inside the hose. On the one hand, this would falsify the measured values and, on the other, clog the hose, as the dirt particles contained in the exhaust gas become trapped in the condensed liquid. Only flexible heating prevents the measured values from being falsified and the hose from becoming clogged by dirt particles.
Every heating hose is constructed according to the same principle. The diameter and total length of each hose vary depending on the area and purpose of application.
